Candidates must possess a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures, experience in procedural and object oriented design, knowledge of relational database design as well as have a background in software testing and defect tracking methodologies.

A comprehensive understanding of web related technology, in particular knowledge of AJAX, open source as well as telecommunications technology is an added bonus.

2. Position: Microsoft Windows Application Developers

Candidates must possess a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures, experience in procedural and object oriented design, knowledge of relational database design as well as have a background in software testing and defect tracking methodologies.

In addition, candidates must possess a solid understanding of C++ including the use of pointers, dynamic memory allocation and management as well as a fundamental skill in utilizing mathematical based algorithms.

An understanding of VoIP protocols and telecommunications technology would be an added advantage.
